Ask new questions
When you talk to your customers, don't just ask them what they think about your product or your brand or your new advertising campaign.
Ask them about their needs, their hopes, their fears.
Ask them what about your product or your category drives them crazy, makes them mad.
Ask them what they would tell their son or daughter or another young person about you.
Ask them to reinvent your website, your brand personality.
Let them challenge everything.
